I'm not a connoisseur of fine wine but I drove out into the countryside of Granville to find this beautiful gem. The rustic beauty of the area is amazing, the nearby riverfront is an added benefit. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to taste their variety of wines and found the setting inside to be comfortable and cozy, it's a great place to come and relax or enjoy a glass of wine by the fire with someone you love. My favorites were the Foxtail Red and Mango Tango.They even have a cottage available for rent for receptions or other events. The staff was wonderful and I want to thank Gail and Shannon for being such wonderful hosts.

Although I have never been to the winery, I was more than lucky enough to catch them at the 2021 split rock wine festival. I have grown into a lover of wine, especially sweet wine—— specifically WHITE sweet wine. But after tasting their amazing sweet red concord wine I was in LOVE. I bought the bottle and since then have been having a glass before bed every night. Since I’m almost out, I have been so upset knowing that I’ll have to go without my favorite wine for a bit till I buy another bottle. I don’t know what they did to make this wine so so so delicious and crisp and sweet but they did it spot on. Since I live about 2 hours away from the winery, I will still make it a point to try to visit sometime this year to get the whole burnt timber’s winery experience. Thank you, I love you

Not a lot of seating inside, but plenty outside. If you have chairs, bring them with, just in case. Definitely off the beaten path. Enjoyed being able to taste any of interest. Friendly young lady working today (7/18/21). Reasonably priced bottles.

I picked up a couple of bottles from Burnt Timber’s winery at a farmers market near Raystown a few months back and have just gotten around to opening the second bottle tonight. How I wish I had picked up so many more bottles - so delicious!! I’m currently drinking the Foxtail Red but the other one was Melon flavored for summer and it was fantastic as well. Highly recommend!!
