I was eating all the rice and the stew came out and said that it usually takes 30 minutes... .(Did Altang boil for that long?!) The side dishes that come out one chopstick at a time are salty and dishonest side dishes, and soy sauce crab was put in my mouth expecting it, but it's a bit boring, isn't it? I tried to like it, but it was not matured due to the fishy taste.. I can't eat because I feel sick to my stomach. The narrow store is full of customers, but thanks to the air conditioner, I'm sweating.. I regret that I came to this hot house with my daughter-in-law and granddaughter to eat something, and my son-in-law is my mother! LOL

I am an LA person who loved soban. Every time I went, it was a place that I used to eat really deliciously, which never disappointed me. On August 4, 2022, a few hours ago, I ordered soy sauce crab and silver cod simmered there, my sister and I ate it for two, and paid about $123. However, soy sauce crab was the worst. No matter how much I think about it, as long as the owner doesn't change, serving food to customers that much means using cheap ingredients, the soup smells like preservatives, and even if it's made by pouring Seven Up. Wouldn't it taste like that? Soban boss, just think about it for once. Even if you pay $100, you can find the taste of the old seasoned stew.. PS The original side dishes were also mild and delicious, but all of them are salty and wow! Market side dishes are much better I promise never to go again and go home.
