My wife and I came to the dealership (MB of Oakland) since we were on market for GLC 300 vehicle. Our salesman Chris was very friendly, honest and willing to help us get the car we wanted. We also got to meet a lot of friendly people there who treated us well during the whole purchase experience: - Chris (sales) showed us the inventory and was very knowledgeable during the test drive. He helped us to find the car in another state and was willing to transfer it to the dealership (*without an extra cost for us). Also, we really appreciated that he didn't try to sell us accessories we didn't want. - Dearan (manager) was respectful and delivered what he promised. He did a great job helping us to get the deal on the car we liked (even though it was over our budget), plus he made the price discussion process enjoyable and not stressful for us. We felt treated with respect and understanding (especially when we asked a million clarification questions). - Louis (used car manager) was friendly and we started our conversation even before buying the car. Even though we decided not to trade it our first car - he was fast and careful in making an assessment of the trade-in car. - Ken (finance manager) has most of the patience of all since we were asking a lot of questions on the contract just to understand it in full. He answered all of them in a calm way, and was transparent about all the in-and-outs of numbers. - Ted (sales) showed us all the features of our new car, answered a lot of questions and even gave us a call two days later to make sure we get our way to the car and if we have additional questions. We appreciate all the hard work of the Dealership of Oakland. It was very good experience for us and we enjoyed our time purchasing the car.

In September of 2020, I went with my son a h got a 2018 Cla 250. I was informed because he didn't have his license on him, that if I co - signed I would be able to take it out of my name whenever. As long as the payments were made on time, within a year. I even spoke to a Manger, who reassured me the same thing. I informed them that I was trying to purchase a house, so I didn't want this debt on me. I have never even made a late payment or anything. After a year or so, I called to remove my name from the title as the co-signer and they gave me the run around. Instructing me to call all of these other places, before finally saying that they couldn't remove my name from being co-signer. They are very unprofessional, deceitful and a bunch of rip -offs.

Try driving to recharge... batteries can discharge when the engine isn't charging it regularly. You may well need a new battery. Any auto shop can check you battery for you on the spot
