This place is the worst they don’t care about drivers, they’ll make you wait for hours to get you loaded, worst place I’ve been too, also they have there shipping and receiving office hidden in the corner of warehouse as if too make you not find it so you won’t bother them, screw this place never coming here again.

A very bad place to charge flatbed office manager is very disgusting and despotic I do not recommend this place in any way

They have 2 docks of loading and unloading… i guy for loading another for unloading… they are too slow to load and unload … takes around 6 hours to get them unloaded… very inefficient people here… its already 3 hours and they still dont know when its gonna unload

Most trucks park at a open lot across from the Denny's on palm ave/kendall drive exit. FYI Mapei is open at 10pm Sunday so if you like you can deliver then
Only during business hours. Mapei is closed on the weekends
We make different kind of cement and floor cement we have them ready in bags
