Waited over an hour to get a document notarized (which took less than a minute to get notarized). Thankfully the security guard and another bank representative were kind enough to continually ask the notary to help me.

When I use a teller, I find them to be polite and helpful. I like that the ATM is secured behind a door that requires an ATM card for access
