This place is a disaster. I was living on the student housing side. We had a OUTBREAK of bedbugs & NO ONE IN MGMT. wanted to acknowledge it or fix it. I hurried up & moved out of there. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE & DO NOT COME HERE!!!We're very sorry to receive this feedback. It's important that we address maintenance concerns in a timely and professional manner, and we regret that you feel we've fallen short. Please get in touch with us at (717) 997-2124 or [email protected] so we may prioritize your requests. Thank you.

Erratic and incomplete communication from the leasing office ensured that everyone wasted their time. They want you to cut them some slack for being only human, but are they? It's hard to know when everything reads like a game of corporate …We apologize for your disappointing opinion of our management, Andrew. Please be assured that our on-site team is committed to ensuring our community members enjoy a positive resident experience. Feedback from our residents allows us to improve our customer service and our community, so please contact us at (717) 997-2124 or [email protected] to discuss the circumstances behind your review. Thank you.

If I could rate 0, I would! When I first moved in the building manager was Rachel and she was absolutely fantastic. She was GENUINELY nice, she helped whenever she could and she made the moving in process so much easier and better so I assumed things would be great living here. She took care of any concerns very promptly. She was only here for 2 months or so of me living here before we got a new building manager named Victoria. She is the kind of “nice” that’s also very smart & only “nice” because it’s part of her job. Granted, she is very responsive when you write her through emails but that’s about it. Otherwise, lack of communication thereof. Maintenance will enter your apartment without any fair warning or notice. Once I mentioned this it seemed to die down some and now they “knock” before just simply opening the door anyway. Maintenance isn’t much problem though, he’s a very nice man. I live in a shared apartment, I haven’t had roommates my entire time here but I did in the beginning and I do now again. I will say if you request your roommates information to contact them prior to their move in they will provide it, mostly. There is NO cabinet or fridge space for 3 people in a shared apartment, MAYBE 2. They do not match you up properly according to your questionnaire. Which caused conflict within the apartment. The interior is nice for a 1st time renter, the building is very run down but the structure and set up isn’t the worst. When your upstairs neighbor runs their water or mops, it will leak into your apartment BADLY, so you’d better request the 4th floor. The walls are PAPER thin. The hallways very often look dirty and have food and filth all throughout them. There’s not much of a pest problem I’ve noticed but in the stair ways there are large roaches or something of the species, I swear they’re life sized. Other than that, just your everyday spiders & centipedes. There are no trash chutes on the floors so if you spring clean and have a lot of trash you have to take all of it to the main back parking lot to the dumpster, luckily someone collected carts from stores like Walmart, etc so they can assist if you find one. This building is also 90% college kids so if you’re not a college kid or at least a teen, I would not recommend. It gets very loud, every weekend, which is fine if you don’t mind or don’t have to be up for work at a certain time in the morning. The elevator is rarely ever working so if you have a lot of groceries and the elevator is working, good luck with all the bags especially you’re any floor past 2. It’s also NOT a good area, it’s not the worst but it’s definitely not the best. In the shared apartments, only 1 of the rooms are nicely spaced when you have a private bathroom. It is convenient with all utilities included including wifi and cable, but if you’re late for rent, they cut your cable off. Not to mention the late fees are insane. There’s only a 4 day grace period. & I’m not saying to intentionally be late with your rent but when life happens, they are NOT willing to work with you. At all. Even if your check from your job comes 2 days after the 4 day period and then you can pay it, you still get charged the late fees. They’re money hungry and do NOT care about their tenants. Most of these good reviews are from when Rachel was still here. I didn’t even see any management come when there was a fire in the building. Also if something happens in the building police will have a hell of a time getting inside unless someone meets them downstairs or security is around, which I only see every so often. Especially since COVID. There’s no call box for residents downstairs. But back to rent, even if you’ve been an outstanding resident your ENTIRE lease and have one little hiccup where life hits you hard, even in the midst of this pandemic, they WILL NOT work with you. Won’t even offer a payment plan. They’ll take you to court. They still charge a late fee even if you put ANY money towards your rent. Do NOT recommend. Find something better. Try N George St lofts, so much better! Tell a friend too!

Overpriced. Interior of the building is worn and doesn't look like they do any refurbishment between seasons. When you mop the floor, water runs into the apartment beneath you. Visibly cheap construction and poorly laid out floor plans. Whoever designed this building needs to visit some of the old factories and mills that have been repurposed into housing in the Boston and Providence area. The area that the building is located in is less than desirable and there is very limited off street parking available. It is not handicap accessible friendly. There is no exterior call box to reach residents. Trash dumpsters are in the middle of the main parking lot instead of being discreetly placed. This whole concept needs to be rethought.
