I have left a review before about Dr. Ly Hao, but I’m leaving another review because it’s necessary. I went to the ER. I have all kinds of kidney stones, chronically. I’ve been to the ER before for them. This man refused to treat my kidney stone pin despite blood in my urine, and an ultrasound showing 6 stones. He refused to even tell me I had the stones. The person who reads the ultrasounds did. He played on the computer the whole time. Gave me NOTHING for two hours. I ended up leaving with no pain control afterwards. So, I have to go to my doctor. She sees my stones. She takes my urine. And I eventually pass said stone and turn it in. This man gave me the diagnosis of, “menstrual cramps,” and so, I decided to contact patient relations because he not only was wrong about my diagnosis. He was rude, unhelpful, and not at all thorough. So, I tell them my traumatic story, because it was traumatic to me and patient relations, Britney Smith, acted like she was going to help me. She was apologetic. Then I get a letter saying my treatment was appropriate. So, I call her back, and she is RUDE. Dismissive and acted as though this issue was my fault. I asked what else I could do because this man will end up harming more people. She refused to give me information of the medical director. She refused to take in my proof that he was wrong in my diagnosis. She didn’t care whatsoever. She treated me like I was less than her.. less than decent treatment really. So, all in all, you will not receive accurate treatment, first of all. They will also not even care if the treatment you receive is wrong and traumatizing. The patient relations is a joke. She is not there to help you, she is there to protect the doctors obviously. I honestly am shocked. I have proof of mistreatment, misdiagnosis that lead to pain and suffering (unnecessary pain and suffering because I told him from the start what the issue was), and I HIGHLY recommend never going here. They don’t care. They just want to get rid of you. I’ve never had a problem before with this hospital, but the treatment of not only doctor Hoa, but the person who’s supposed to help ME, Britney, was unbelievably unacceptable. I will continue to leave reviews until this hospital takes it seriously and either retrains these people, or gets rid of them completely.

Absolutely rude nurses and the doctors are incompetent. Wasted my time in the waiting room for 4 hours for them to waste my time and energy for another 4 hours. Do not recommend.

Hospital itself is good and so isn't the people. Except for the lady that sits at the little table by the information center. She is rude and should not be able to work around people. The way she treated the people who came in with their own masks on was ridiculous. At one point she even blocked someone from going to the outpatient registration center because they had on their own mask.

Questions & Answers

Why is it the doctor tells you at 8 am you can go home and at 1:45 pm still no discharge. The people who come to pick them up have a life to and things to do. GET WITH IT . There are other hospitals to go to.
