I called into the service department to get a 60000 service for my 2019 Lincoln. They are closer to my home. The phone rang 10 times at the service department and no answer. It's all good I'm just gonna stay with Roseville Ford.

Very disappointed and won't be purchasing from them again. First I have purchased 2 brand new super duty's, a new f-150 and a used Subaru from Folsom lake Ford and taken my vehicles their for service work for 20 years. But recently we visited there to look at a new expedition max, we could not get a salesmen to even look at us let alone speak to us. They where to busy on there phones. Then recently my wife contacted them to setup a service appointment for my super duty and they where rude to her, short and dismissive. All I can say is you lost a customer of 20+ years.
