Contacted them about an emergency issue, they told me they could be here the next day and that they would call me in the morning. As it started approaching noon I called them. The person on the phone knew nothing about it. They said they would contact the other office and call back in a few minutes, that was over an hour ago. If you’re looking for reliable help I recommend looking elsewhere because these folks don’t even know what’s going on. I’m honestly not sure I trust them to fix anything in my home at this point. Had they been honest yesterday I could have scheduled someone that actually intended to show up and get paid. If this issue becomes mold because of their incompetence, or maybe they’re hoping it will so they can make a bigger check, I’ll most certainly be calling literally any other company to fix that issue.

I had storm damage in January from a roof leak that damaged the walls, bedroom, and bathroom. ServPro was outstanding in restoring, repairing, and replacing everything. From Les, Project Manager, and Luis & Samuel, who did all the repairing to Jennifer in the Stockton office. They were professional, responsive, accommodating, and friendly. Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.

Although some services can wait until the morning, water damage needs to be removed quickly to prevent secondary issues. Call our office as soon as you are aware of the damage so that we can begin evaluating the issue.
We cannot enter the property until the fire department officials deem that it is safe, but we can be on-site with you immediately so that we can begin the process as soon as possible.
