Did exactly what they said they would do. Was able to have the front u-joints done essentially in a day. Also took a look at some other minor things and diagnosed a few other issues at no charge since they had the front end apart. Updates were great, called when they wanted to let me know what they found etc…. Will be bringing my truck here from now on! Thanks guys!

I'm giving 5 stars because the service at Left Coast Diesel is exceptional in my opinion. They recently replaced the injectors in my 21-year-old Chevy Silverado. Curtis is awesome -- he takes the time to explain, in details that I can understand, what the problem is and the options of fixing it. He's courteous, friendly, and knows his diesels inside and out. {I'm a 69 year-old woman and for a mechanic to have the time and patience to explain an engine problem to me is priceless}. Before I knew about LCD, I had been to other mechanics but none compare to LCD for their service and know-how. Thank you LCD for keeping my beloved old Chevy going strong!

Stand up shop. My Jeep Grand Cherokee eco diesel left me stranded on the way to the airport. Ended up being that the egr system failed and the intake manifold essentially blew up and burned a hole through the manifold. The guys down at Left Coast looked into the recalls and found that was a common issue. Instead of running up a bill on me they suggested I take it to the dealership. From that day on they have been the only diesel shop I use.
