Poplar Ridge Apartments

We just moved here recently and we are quite happy with our decision to come to Poplar Ridge. The apartment was ready and in great shape when we arrived. We love it. The view from here is a huge plus, as is the location. And, the property manager Ashley is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and professional, and she made the application process so easy. The only negative comment I can offer is the fact that the washer-dryer hookups are on the 2nd floor. But, that's just me. I am elderly and have mobility issues which make stairs a problem.

Someone posted on a public page but tried to delete all the comments that’s why you won’t see them in the pictures. They have too much time to argue over the internet but would save all the time if she gave a detailed description. $1300 for a roach infested place without water or electricity included. No pets no anything. Crazy.

New management took over and the place has really improved. Very fast with fixing issues. Definitely listens for your concerns. Nice pool and gym. Very quiet and safe area. We’ve been here 4 years.

Very attentive employees... I did experience leaks. They have always responded quickly and resolved the issues. Overall I am satisfied to live here.
