The Newburgh location has dedicated employees that make this my go to place! John from plumbing helped me along with 2 others clients at the same time with a dedicated attitude towards service. He had to obtain our items with a lift and did it with a smile. I returned back the next day to encounter Robyn at the self checkout and she was also such a help! Love Lowes in Newburgh! I highly recommend!

They do not have a service/repair dept. You can purchase many types of parts for replacement, or kits for the same purpose. Might work, if you don't electrocute yourself in the process.
I did check online, both Newburgh and Lyod. The Lyod store said it had 1 but when I went there it was no stock. That's why I asked if Newburgh had 1. I didn't want to drive to Newburgh and come back empty handed. I know it is late in the season but my wife can't deal with the humidity
