Cortland transit, where do I begin? Hire enough qualified drivers to have the routes running. Pay the drivers decent wages and not minimum wage. I know, I worked here, just long enough to get my license and leave, as most drivers do. Management needs to do a better job at keeping drivers, not delegate their work duties to other staff members. Notify the public of any disruption to services and make sure they are temporary, not permanent. If a route is canceled for the day have a website or other means of notification, not have the people call after they been waiting outside for a bus that's never coming.

bad because some lady named jerica harrington accused me ofsexual harassment and i never did anythign like that they are wronng never a driver on the bus at the time the person accused mme of things i would never do they should just let me ride no matter what it is discrimitory and illegal to not let me ride they should shut down the whole place immediately

Rude and unprofessional! I watched a gentleman trying to get on the 5 bus without a mask. He offered to show vaccine card. The obnoxious female driver flipped him off, shut the door in his face , and drove away. What a horrible, evil person!

Didn't go as a customer so I don't know what that is like. Went for a job interview and it was fine. In and out pretty and got the job.
