I'd recommend directly to a manager so that you know it's in good hands. Just go directly in, dressed relativity well, ask any employee ro talk to a manager and voila! Be sure to be patient. "Its no rush" or "I can wait" can go a long way if applicable. If a non Manager says they can give it to the manager I'd politely insist that you do it directly so you can introduce yourself.
