Foundation issues are not something ANYONE wants to deal with. Smart Foundations made this process almost unnoticeable. These guys were top notch from start to finish. From the person to schedule the work to the clean up crew. They were professional, had an extremely quick response time, and cleaned up after the job. They even did some extra work for us and one of the guys made a special trip to our house to make sure the next day crew knew exactly what the plan was. Could not be happier with this company. Smart foundation gave a fair estimate and didn't add in a lot of scare tactics and general statements of what could and couldn't be done.
