First of all, the establishment that gave him best gumbo award has obviously never tasted real gumbo. It was bland and so was the fried seafood that came with The Mega Gumbo dish. Awesome stop!! Stopped on our way out of NOLA to Bato Rouge- awesome choice for lunch. Great mix of food- all delicious!! Poor boys and gumbo were great and the mango/shrimp salad was awesome!!! Would definitely recommend!

Paper sign on the door says only closed for renovation. Nothing on the website. Rude!
Mon -sat = 11am to 9pm. Closed every sunday. We do close on the primary holidays. He did decide tonight, we will be closed for mon, new years day.
