My daughter found her dream dress at Boom Babies. We took it to have it altered only to have the lady at Carlene's Antiqute and Custom ruin the dress. I contacted the store to inform them to not recommend the Carlene's in hope of preventing another girl from devastation. The owner of the store went above and beyond. She called Carlene and advocated for my daughter. She went above and beyond for an issue that wasn't the stores fault. In the end one of their fantastic sales associates Jill helped us find another dress. We were two days from prom and this wonderful store made it happen for my daughter.

It was okay I went for my daughter's prom dress we found a dress but was told because we didn't have an appt we couldn't purchase the dress so we got a apt for the next day an the dress was gone we found another dress we shopped ourselves no one really helped us Beautiful Dresses prices are on the High side.

Great experience. Erin was very patient and actively involved in helping to choose a dress and getting in and out of them for my daughter. Also helped with terrific (and affordable) costume jewelry choices.

The owner was a complete jerk and she was talking down to us because we were young. There was confusion with the prices and the own refused to sell us the dress because we were upset over the price change. She was laughing at us and yelling at us and I am furious

Hi there! We do have short dresses for semi formals and frequently sell them to middle schoolers and other young girls. It depends on how small she is. Stop in the store and check out our selection!
We take appointments everyday and fill up fast . For example the weekend up coming is already fully booked . After school 3:39-6;30 also fills up fast . It is the best way to be sure you get time to try on . And best way for us to service you. Some people come as walk-in but they may not be able to be squeezed in . I suggest during the week is best and more relaxed .This Tuesday-Friday best . Go to our Facebook to request appointments or call after 12 tomorrow and we can help you over the phone
We do not take consignments. However, we do buy vintage clothing and accessories outright by appointment only.

Yes we do , bring some pics so get an idea what you like , come during the week if possible open 11-8 , Monday -Friday , The weekends are crowded and can have long wait for dressing rooms ,
Actually I have many different jumpsuits and pant suit sets .. depending on how dressy / or casual springy you are looking for. Stop in during the week and we can assist you better . Weekends and school breaks are extremely busy . Look foward to seeing you 💟
Hi Robin, We do have a layaway policy. Our policy states: -30% deposit down; non-refundable and non-transferable -2 weeks to pay remainder of balance All sales are considered final. Let me know if you need any more information.
