The building is nice, as are the staff. But there wait times are a joke. 12:45 appointment time. Arrived early 30 mins. Still didnt get called untill 2:02. Parking is $2 an hr. Do expect a 6 to 8 dollar parking fee too!

I had my interview for my Naturalization on April 14, 2021. I was interviewed by Officer Finch, E. and I would say that he is very professional. He is very laid back and will make you feel comfortable. He imposed high professionalism and created a very good impression. I will also commend USCIS Portland office as a pleasant environment. Staffs are very helpful and accommodating from the security officers to the immigration officers. The office is also clean at all time and during this pandemic, safety precautions with regards to covid-19 is being strictly observed.

Very pleasant experience at this Field Office! My spouse and I had a biometrics appointment at 11:00 am. The lines outside were handled by a kind and cordial officer who did a great job directly people to the right lines. 2 lines were formed outside the office. The officer walks past both lines often directing people to the correct queues. The security check was quick and easy. Everyone was masked. Temperature checks were done. Everything was well organized and arranged to maintain social distancing. 2 of the nicest ladies greeted us at the biometrics room!!! One of them took down our details and the other took our photo, biometrics and digital signature. The lady who did our biometrics was an absolute sweetheart. Extremely patient, kind and welcoming! We were out by 11:03 AM. Each and every staff member showed the highest levels of professionalism and courtesy. Thank you for making it so easy and efficient!

You can try by calling with your A number.
No they do not take "walk ins", and there's no way to even ask questions now with an INFOPASS appt. Most applications and petitions are not filed online, but by mail.
Yes it's very child friendly. However I recommend not bringing every toy and the kitchen sink with you due to having a screening at the front.
You need to call them directly or go to their help line online we've had the same problem and we've been waiting all so so I think it's okay don't worry but it's always best to go and check online they have a automated help section
What type of request? Renewal? Extension? Initial PRC?
We filed our paper's may of 2019 and USCIS scheduled interview Nov 2020. Maybe if not of covid it could have been sooner
Everyone from front security to the person who did the interview for my wife were very friendly and very professional.
I went yesterday for fingerprinting & face photo, to USCIS Portland. It took about twenty minutes, and that was only because there were about eight of us there at the same time. Very fast, friendly, clean. You can park on the street right next to the building and cannot enter the building more than 15 minutes before your appointment.
There's a whole process. There is not certain date. Will need to wait and be patient. There is more information on checking the status online.
They have all the forms you need to get them replaced.
www.uscis.gov
Doors open at 7am.
No
You can go in, but not check in before your appointment
Yeah, I would mail it in, too. The electronic system is awful.
Yes they do everything same day
You have to be back in the US prior to expiration of your PRC.
It sounds like a fake website. Don't buy anything. Their official website is: www.uscis.gov
Born in the US = US citizen.
File for a new one and pay the fee. Form is online at USCIS.gov.
Go in and ask to speak to a FDNS officer or write information on paper and turn it in with any evidence.
It is possible just allow I bit more time
No birth certs there. USCIS has nothing to do with birth certificates.
And Los Angeles.
No, only morning appt tske the oath on the same day. 12 and after the ill give you another day. Sometimes depends on how many people are in the ceremony if its less people than u might be lucky. :)
They’re kinda strict with having your phone on in the biometric room they have posters all around saying to turn off but I always slilent it
No you need an appointment you can make an appointment online at their website
That would be a good question to call and ask
Go to website to determine cost of renewal
Yes I believe it will but I do recommend going to their website and checking their hours just to make sure
The ucsis website has a help section start there goodluck
It's online along with the electronic application which you don't mail in.
File form online. Your biometrics would be done there.
That would be for the passport agency. Not USCIS
You need some legal advice to properly answer this question because ur depends on the category of eligibility.
Swahili interpreter services can be found by hiring a local interpretation company
how do i get an appointment
Can they return me the expired green card?!
Depends. On average about 1.5 hours. So the a 1030 ceremony could finish around noon. Maybe 1215.
You can renew your green card by filing an online application and paying the fees. No need for an appointment.
I'd go with the newest one that expires in 2019. It's better to file 18 pages than to receive RFE (request for evidence) later.
About 540$ including biometrics. Meaning your picture taken and finger prints.
Could someone fail the citizenship test.
They are not as I know they canceled my friend appointment
You must take the appointment through an "InfoPass" on the USCIS website. Otherwise I do not think they can help you.
Most likely YES you do. Call them to find out. Check the website for more info.
Regular official time, around 7am.
We were let in without it. They can reprint with manager approval.
The best answer i can say is: call/email USCIS, and/or check their website. These procedures changes each while.
It is on your green card, or the immigration stamp in your passport
