I went to Mens Warehouse to look for pants. I do not wear womens clothing so I knew I would need to get fitted. ALL of the staff are wonderful, especially Holden who noticed me walking around and stopped to see if I needed help. He took the time to make sure I was not only fitted correctly but was able to find something in my budget. He was very patient and kind. Holden even showed me how to tie a tie 🙂. I apologize for not remembering but the manager of the store was also amazing. She worked with me and my budget to make sure I had a matching tie to go along with my shirt. I know that if I ever need more dress attire, I will be going back. All of the staff are so kind and helpful, but those two took the time to make my experience great. I found out that Holden has only been there a little over a month and it felt like he was there for YEARS. He is so dedicated and passionate about his job. I can’t say enough about him. Thank you guys for everything!

Been shopping here for years and never had an experience like this. No one assisted me at all. The one person on my side was to busy looking through receipts rather than even asking what I was looking for. After finding a coat myself I needed to wait to get checked out. When I went to him to get checked out he asked for my number and I told him that since no one wanted to assist me we don't need to do this. He rang up the sale saying they were busy even though no one, not one single customer was on my side of the store. He handed me the receipt with no thank you and no bag given. As I'm walking out with my$300 plus suit coat a woman asked if I wanted a bag. I told her that none was offered nor was any help given. It was a shocking experience in a store I've gone to numerous times.

I got married on Saturday and used your company for suits. It was a horrible experience from the start. First the staff was rude to us when trying to book an initial appointment. Secondly the date was wrong three times. Then three out of 6 suits were wrong, one gentleman did lose weight but not all of it was lost in the 6 weeks we had to wait for the suits to get in. Lastly upon retiring the suits the woman in the store was very rude she immediately started making excuses for the terrible customer service we had been given the entire time. Then made me take all the suits out of the bags stating “it is your companies policy” this should be explained upon renting the suits. Over all the New Hartford Men’s Warehouse was extremely unprofessional and a horrible experience!!!

Absolutely unprofessional, my fiance was in a wedding this past weekend and tuxes were from here nothing fit him correctly causing him and another groomsmen to have to go back the day of the wedding which was very inconvenient, the associates working were very rude and unprofessional and never even apologized for anything, I felt so bad for the bride to have to stress this! Absolutely will never go through you or recommend this place to anyone, this is not the first bad experience but hopefully will be the last, UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least.
