This is the best all around, hotel in Lexington in this price range. It is clean, has a Great manager , and solid staff. They treat their guests with kindness and respect. If your looking for room and are on a budget, this is by far the best option.

The front desk staff were very nice. But we had to get new room keys every day because they kept deactivating. We had no phone in our room and no tv remote. And in the 3 days we were there they never gave us any additional coffee cups so we had 2 coffee cups for the entire length of our stay.

I'm giving 3 stars because the room was decent and the lady working the counter at check in was amazing. My problem was with the morning crew. We had requested a 12pm check out when we checked in and were told that was fine. At 11:05 am housekeeping knocked on our door. She got very rude with us when we told her we had a 12pm check out and were not ready to go. She stormed off and 2 minutes later the front desk called and told us they could only give us until 11:15. We again informed him that we were given a 12pm check out and were not ready to go as we still needed to take showers. At 11:30 housekeeping was back banging on the door as I was getting out of the shower. I understand that mistakes happen, or that computer glitches happen, but being rude to your guest over a simple error on YOUR end is not how you handle it...

I checked in at 5am on 3-2-22 paid full price for 6 hours. Asked about staying the same night and maybe the price be pro-rated. I was told I would be able to talk to the manger between 8am-10am. Manger isn't in today. Convenient huh!!!! Told the lady at the front desk my issues. Issues are...blood on the bathroom door. Feces on the walls, roach crawled across my food. Had to trash it. Will not give me a refund or give me a good discount. I asked that my number be given to someone who can do something about this. I want my money back. Nasty place to stay. I have pictures to prove my issues. Still. Refusing to call someone or to do anything to fix this! Do not recommend.
