Poor customer service. Drive through to get lunch to take to my brother in hospital. Requested smokehouse with cheddar. Told can’t have cheese on smokehouse only with beef & cheddar. I said ok but no onion. Was given beef & cheddar on an onion bun. No napkins with sandwiches.

I'm the last person to give a negative review but..... 2 weeks ago waited in Line for 20 minutes 5 Cars in line and it literally never moved.... Last Friday forgot 1 of the 3 sandwiches that was ordered... Tonight a Double Beef n Cheddar with Zero Cheese. Convenient location on my way home but can't be that difficult to get an order right.

The food was good and hot. And the service was good but they really need to do a better job of cleaning their floors. Walking across the floor and it was slippery, almost like it was greasy.

My visit today was excellent! I asked for my chicken sandwich fresh and it was very good! This is my neighborhood Arby's so I'm here 2-3 times a month and I'm never disappointed! Also great customer service, friendly staff
