This guy Phillip working in the pharmacy should not be allowed to speak, answer phones, or assist customers in ANY way. As I waited, I can hear him… the whole store can hear him talking to a customer offer the phone about short staffing and the pharmacy being busy with testing and vaccines. When it was my turn in line he made a co worker assist me. This was odd as a black woman especially considering I just watched him wait on 2 white men ahead of me. It became clear to me he has a problem, when I heard him on the phone with a customer expressing his opinions and beliefs regarding Americans not working during the pandemic, “just sitting at home getting it for free”. I personally have worked throughout the entire pandemic but this guy do not know what anyone situation has become or the struggles they have faced throughout this time… and everyone can hear him!! His opinions and conversation is offensive and inappropriate for any work place!

Ar our fist vaccine appointment the tech was very rude but we were in and out in a timely manner and the pharmacist, he was great! But the second appointment they were not respectful of our appointment time at all we waited over 35 mins and the staff was rude and short...
