My wife Sandi and I have lived in New Hartford Square Senior Apartments for a year now, it's a place we proudly call home. Nicole, our Apartment Manager puts her heart and soul into making sure everyone feels welcomed, respected and a part of the 'New Hartford Square family'. Once you walk in you can see this is a high end Apartment Complex, the decor and cleanliness speaks for itself. Nicole makes sure it is a place we can all be proud of! Our community is one of diversity, if you are very social there is always something going on from morning coffee hour, weekly pot lucks, cards, bingo, entertainment, luncheons, wine tasting to wellness and senior information seminars. If you like your peace and quiet, you have that here as well, Nicole understands everyone's needs. Our Maintenance guy, Elvis is above all others, from helping us residents, fixing our apartment issues with urgency, coming in for emergencies, cleaning outside, fixing building issues, rehabbing apartments etc... I don't know where he gets his energy but we know with Elvis around we are in good hands! Team Nicole and Elvis makes this the great place it is, they are a winning combination and we as residents are grateful for everything they do and sacrifice for us. I hear about the poor conditions and issues of other Senior Apartments in the area and I thank New Hartford Square for finding Nicole and Elvis...a building is just a building but what goes on inside makes it a home to be proud of! 😀

This is the best place for senior living quiet not expensive but the only problem is they're prejudice when it comes to different things such as people's past no matter how long ago they were

My Mom has been there for two years now and we are glad that she was able to get an apartment there. She is close to the family, able to go shopping close by, and participate in activities both at the complex and in the surrounding communities. The staff (Elvis and Nicole) are great and are very helpful when she needs anything. Her apartment is the perfect size, big enough to feel comfortable and have family visit but not to large for her to take care of.
