Absolutely terrible experience with them regarding paperwork. They offered no assistance or guidance and chose to treat me like a child. Vehicle paperwork can be overwhelming and confusing and this office only made it worse.

If you are referring to a report as in a complaint against a State Trooper like you weren't happy with his demeanor, ect.... then yes. You would need to know which State Trooper you were needing to discuss and ask to speak to his commanding superior that was currently on duty.
