Major shout out to the flooring specialist, Jonathan Watkins! After a negative experience with Home Depot I went to lowes hoping they would be able to help with my flooring project. Jonathan was quick to help and very patient and answered all my questions. He has gone above and beyond with communication and the best customer service. He even assisted with a last minute delivery of product to my home which was much more than I ever expected. Being a manager myself in home improvement, I understand the value of exceptional employees and importance of customer service.
