Had to deal with a Christopher Perkins up on the 3rd floor for abuse and neglect of the disabled this week, did not like what I felt there I should have felt in a comfort zone but it was not at all that way I suggest going to other resources instead of here in saint joseph for elder and disabled abuse claims felt like there was a misrepresentation of material facts going on and instead of being believed I felt like he wanted to turn it more towards my mental health…

They send me a letter requesting information from me but I was on hold for 90 minutes yesterday with Social Services in Jefferson City and I finally hung up because no one would answer the darn phone. Today, I called My dsouri Family Support Division three separate calls and again no one answers the freaking phone. Zero human contact with this organization. Customer service sucks royally.
