Been here 5 years. Been very happy for the most. Like every place you live there are pros and cons. For the most part it’s a good clean place to live. They have really stepped up the quality over the last few years with the change in management. Maintenance is quick and great about addressing the few issues I have had. Same day when they can.

Shocked it has so many positive reviews. A few instances of our check for rent “disappear”, maintenance has cussed me out after asking a question of what he was repairing, have tried email and calling the management but never got a hold of anyone or even knew who was even in charge! Loved there for approximately 4 years and never had a single person able to fix the dishwasher until we just so happen to be getting ready to move out. Tried to charge us to clean the carpet that already had CIGARETTE stains before living in apartment with pictures to prove it. Not a horrible complex but wouldn’t hurt to look around a little more.
