I stayed here for five days and I loved everything about it. The room is very tidy, the bathroom is very clean. The hallway and the surroundings is beautiful and clean. Parking is convenient. I didnβt forget about the delicious coffees and other beverages. As you walked in the building the it smells great and refreshing. Overall, thumbs up ππΎ. Great place, great people. ππππ

UPDATE: For this review now they want to charge us with a PENALTY FEE. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. After 20 hours of flight from Europe we had a booking with this place for 4 nights. At the register we were told that we can not park our car because it is RV. Our RV is a small size, 22 feet long. Some pickups are longer than our RV. We asked were we should find this policy before booking. Maybe we missed. - No answer, it is just a policy that they donβt have it written. - Maybe we can change the reservation for 1 night and we will find another parking spot for the night. - No, we canβt. - As a group we decided that we are tired and we will park the RV elsewhere. They said we SHOULD LEAVE FIRST with our RV and after this they will do the check in. They wonβt do the check in before that. Because they want to make sure that we will park it somewhere else. How on earth you can call it customer service or simple humaneness and understanding?

Traveling for work, using a company credit card (lost mine before travel). I've been staying at numerous hotels with no issues for the past couple of months, I have provided a CC authorization form as well as a copy of the cardholders (my boss) drivers license, front and back. Upon attempting to check in to this hotel, after a long day of driving and just wanting to unwind for the night, they told me that they don't accept authorization forms (only hotel I've ever been too that doesn't accept these legal documents), and that they wouldn't be able to check me in. The staff at the front desk were not fit to be in the hospitality industry. The location of this hotel is very old and run down with little to no food options nearby, and a homeless camp less than a block away. Unfortunate because the property itself looks to be halfway decent. I was able to book a room at the best western right down the street with no issues. And that location had numerous food options within a safe walking distance. I would recommend staying at the best western over this hotel.

Room was fine: clean and specious. The walls however were paper thin. You could hear everything at night, even your neighbours talking. We were lucky on the top floor, but still woke up multiple times at night. The lobby also had a weird smell. We stayed 3 nights, there was no cleaning. No clue if you had to request it. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy, however the location is good to drive to the touristic locations. It was fine for a few nights and reasonable priced.

Don't know about long-term stays, but the registration desk is always helpful & turn-down is nice
We do not offer complimentary breakfast. We only offer complimentary coffee and tea available 24 hours.
If your room wasnt properly u should have went to the desks n put them on notice asap n im sure they would have handle the situation. Becuz they are good on that.
Gharbi I think you can, they are ver helpful
The room charge is based on room rate only not person. Each room has person capacity. King Suites (2 people) Double Queen Beds (4 people) additional people in room would result being asked to leave property, lose deposit, or $50 extra charge per person not registered in room.
