Loaded 16 bags of Red Mulch, by myself into my truck. Lawn & Garden Yard person drove up 10 minutes into a 30 minute loading job and turned around and gunned away. Drove up later after I was done and said, "I guess you can go now." Not normal Customer Service in 90 degree weather, June 5th, 2019, 6pm to 6:40pm, I guess.

If it's not at Menards, you don't need it. I just picked up stainless carriage bolts, precut plywood panels, and and salted nuts in one visit. Clean, well organized store!

Rebate comes on a paper card. I think you have to go to store to use it. Not sure . But you can give it to anyone they don't check ID on it. So no you don't need to be there.

have as good a selection as amy big lot store. more and better help on the floor. i have lowes 3 miles. home depot 6 miles. menards 12 miles i shop menards first
They do provide wheelchairs. You have to ask at customer service on the left as you walk in the door.b
