No matter how long their drive thru line is, you don't end up waiting that long to navigate thru. They are the single best business model on how to handle a large crowd! And why do they need to do that? Because they make the tastiest burger around. They are the epitome of do one thing and do it right. Their burgers are cooked when you order, dressed how you like it, and handed to you hot and juicy! They also know how to make a great protein burger! Yum!

Love In-N-Out. Location is hard to get into. And the drive through can get very long (single lane). Sometimes I feel it's faster to go in and order takeout.

I just been to 2 In and out's in the past few weeks. Why is there French fries burnt tasting?
I think you are confused Elizabeth, ive been to in n outall over the west coast and never seen a dirty one. You can always request new fries, they will always oblige.
