SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND AGRAVATION! GO ELSWHERE! Horrible service. Disrespecful, does not follow the numbering system to call next customer, showing favoritism. Perhaps the STATE WILL TAKE NOTICE AND DENY RENEWING THEIR FRANCHISE from all of the complaints. This is the third time I have had issues in this office due to unprofessionalism and the good old boy system at work. The people who ran it when it was at the Courthouse were smooth and efficient and always very nice, not SNOTTY.

We arrived today with the paperwork I was told at permit testing was needed. After arriving, I was told a permit was not possible without a SS#. I had called ahead and was not told a SS# was required. St. Joseph office and Plattsburgh office can both issue drivers permits with an I-94 for international students. All Savannah needed to do was call Central Office and they would walk them through the steps. I made several phone calls myself to find this out. I realize they don't get many international students there, but heaven forbid they make a phone call and learn a new skill today. I said, " So you are not willing to call Central office?" She said no and that we had to have a SS# in the Savannah office. Drove to St. Joseph and was issued a driver's permit for my student with no issue whatsoever. Poor customer service. Someone didn't want to lift a finger to do any extra work or learn a new skill. In the past I've had positive experiences at the Savannah Lic. Office.

Outstanding experience. I was helped by Kelly J. Waiting process was organized and everyone seemed to be working expeditiously. My options were explained to me thoroughly and my questions were answered. Overall a very, very pleasant experience despite my semi-complex situation.

This is THE licensing office to get your MO business done at. The staff is friendly, kind (even when a customer is not), well trained and informative. They are very efficient. They truly do their jobs and are good at them! When a customer is confused, they don't hesitate to be helpful.

Call their telephone number if ya want a legit answer
Sounds like you got everything you need just go on up to the license bureau there and you should be able to get through no problem
Yes you can. Shouldn't be a problem.
You will need to go just inside door, sign up with your name and phone number. Wait to be called when you're next in line. Have all your papers with you that you need. It took a couple of hours for me to get in. But yes, you can still get services.
Yes, but I believe 9am to 5pm
I believe 830am at the Senior Citizens Center past the high school.
Sorry about your loss of the car. Hope you are okay. I would think you would need to take a certified copy of your birth certificate and your social security card if you have it, and some insurance company documents. You might also take in something like a utility bill or other proof of your address. Good luck
The written test is given at the Senior Citizens Center.
I went during lunch and they were open 8-5
