I agree with everyone that says this Burger King is the Worst! I haven't been in here for close to 2 years and with today's return I can say with complete confidence that this is the Land That Time Forgot!! Looks like same Manager with Bad Attitude, drink didn't taste right, etc. Nothing ever changes here! Stop in here if you want to test your patience only!! You've been warned! 7-25-2022--Update:As you can see, a no. of people are complaining about this place since I first left this review! New Management is what absolutely has to happen here Seriously!!! Otherwise as the old saying goes "And The Hits Just Keep On Coming"!!!!!!!

This particular Burger King was was very icky. Garbage overflowing from the garbage cans and the cashier was nor friendly at all. The only good thing, the bathroom was decently clean.

Whatever employees that were working 7/5/22 at 10PM need to be fired. To be honest they could use a whole new management team. Let's star with what just happened to me. I ordered multiple items 2 of the being the southwest Bacon Cheese burgers. Bother came with NO bacon. You really don't deserve a job if you can't put bacon on a bacon cheeseburger. Now this wouldn't have been as bad as it is if it were corrected. I went back I don't live far and was back before around 10:25 and they were hiding somewhere and refused to answer the microphone or window. I was there for almost 20 minutes knocking at the window and they refused to answer. As far as the management they are ALWAYS out of multiple items. They never have the spicy chicking. This last time no jalapeno cheddar bites or mozzarella sticks either.

This Burger King is the worst! Worst customer service worst food! Quit giving me stale bread and cold food! Fresh bread doesn't break away like this!! Done with this location! Not that they care! They keep getting worse and worse! And how about a hello how can I help you? Or a thank you have a good day! Done!

Play area, dining room, and kitchen are on separate thermostats. Just let them know and a manager can usually kick it on. Also, there is a heat wave. Industrial air conditioner's at fast food places tend to be over worked it could be that one is just starting to go out. I have worked in food service many years and that is a constant challenge. There is a good team at this BK I'm sure they will adjust it if possible or start the process to get it fixed. Call the number on the recept they will thank you for feed back.
When we were there it was very clean. An employee was cleaning tables with gloves on. They had everything we ordered. The food was delicious.
