Avoid ambiguity, order with the mobile app. But be sure you're getting everything you wanted. Don't drive off without your drinks. For example, I wanted two strawberry Frosty's, but the free frosty reward in the app only applied to a small chocolate one. Np. I ordered the strawberry for the wife separately, and got the freebie for myself. They gave us two chocolates. And I had to remind them that I also had two drinks. Reading is fundamental, but everything is subject to interpretation. When you combine people who are working hard with those who appear to be hardly working in a tight space you never know what you'll get.

The service was good I asked that my food be freshly cooked and that I didn't mind waiting. But my hamburger was only warm. The fries was hot

No service with a smile here, seems like the staff was miseand all hated their jobs. Had to go inside because the drive thru line was wrapped around to Cicero Ave. Food not worth the wait, looked liked it was put together by kindergarten kids, looked absolutely nothing like it should, and for $35.00 bucks for two adults and one child let me tell you it was not worth it at all.

Ordered $5 biggie bag jr bacon cheeseburger and substituted the fries for chili with cheese fruit punch no ice to drink. The bacon on the cheese burger was rock hard and ended up picking it out, no cheese on my chili and ice in the drink. Didn't receive a receipt because they were out of receipt paper. I didn't want them to fix my messed up order because of the attitude I received in the drive thru & at the window- afraid they would sabotage my food. Changes need to be made.
