You can always ask them to give you a special order form to sign. I don't think they'll carry the copic refills anytime soon. I've made several special orders for the refills and they've come in a week or two depending on the color! As for the prismacolors, I'm assuming that you're talking about the alcohol markers, the open stock has been discontinued so they'll only be making colors for sets from now on. They're fazing out their open stock unfortunately.
