Staff need to make sure people wipe the bench or machines off after use. Ive even complained to staff just to watch them stay behind the counter and talk. Gym etiquette please 🙏

The Hamden PF facility still requires masks while you exercise . I hate it. I live in Hamden but I have to drive to the PF in Meriden if I want a good cardio workout.

I went the day after Thanksgiving. Hardly anybody there which was great. Recommend small reusable lockers in the lobby area for small personal items such as wallets and phones. The only way to secure items are the lockers in the bathrooms which require you to bring your own lock.Hey there, Michael, thanks for stopping by our Planet! Hi there, Munaza. Right now, many of our clubs are following adjusted hours for the time-being to help in maintaining a sanitary environment for our PF family. This provides the time to perform more thorough cleaning without having to wait for or interrupt our members during their workouts! Do keep in mind that many locations are following local guidelines for operating hours as well. If any changes are made to our operating hours, we'll be sure to update our club's page to reflect it. Yes you can transfer membership if your in good standing. Use their website
They do not have Zumba classes but do offer training with their certified fitness trainer. With the small group sessions, that are offered with all membership types, you can't go wrong! From strength training classes to PF360 classes you'll find a variety and surplus of knowledge with the classes. I would recommend trying out the Design Your Own Program class to get started!

This plant fitness has 2 rowing machines they are a little older but work just fine for me.
