Very frustrating time for me and my family. Purchased go cart and after I day of riding on the trail our day was cut short by problems with the go cart. First the ignition kept coming loose and killing the power. Second after one run on the trail it now has developed a wobble in the steering. Third there now seems to be a missing or stuttering of the engine. I have made two attempts to bring it in for repairs from oak grove missouri. The first time I was there shop was back logged on repair work and they wouldn't be able to get to it til the 31st of August. So on my second attempt to bring it in I get a phone call telling me that there shop is closed due to illness. By the time they get to look at it let alone start work on it it will have been 3 weeks and I have no idea how much it will cost to repair a go cart I just got and my family has only been able to enjoy once.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BIY THEIR CARS PROTECTION PLUS PLANS ITS A SCAM.I PAID CASH FOR MY FUSION 12K AND GOT THE WARRANTY THRU THEM AND IVE SPENT 5K IN REPAIRS AND THEY WOULDN'T PAY FOR ANYTHING. THIS IS A SCAM UR BETTER OFF PAYING FOR UR OWN REPAIRS I PAID 1300 FOR MY WARRANTY THEY WOULDN'T REFUND OR PRORATE MY MONEY BACK DUE TO THEM BEATING AROUND THE BUSH ON MY REPAIRS . EVEN ZECK FORD SAID THE COMPANY IS A SCAM .

Went to buy a go kart and had a great experience. Very nice and knowledgeable. So glad they explained the differences of the karts so we could get one better suited for what we use it for. Been having a blast in it since we bought it!
