It's a perfectly decent parking garage; easy to drive through and navigate. The $5 fee just to try to find a spot is kinda ridiculous, but the real issue is the security guards. If you want to be able to walk out of your car with your camera out, go somewhere else, because these guys will jump at any opportunity. It's like they live for the opportunity to jump on any patrons they can. Couldn't even be polite about it, either. Mocking condescension for "violating" some obscure rule that isn't posted anywhere in the garage is pretty ridiculous, don't you think? Thankfully there are plenty of other lots around here that I can go to. So far any security guards I've encountered there have been decent human beings :) I personally recommend H&R Block's over this one. And yeah, I am posting a review for this that's one-star because I'm ticked. I didn't get the guard's name so I can't report him, which makes this my only recourse. Doubt anything will happen, doubt security here will improve, but this is all I can swing.

The best parking spot in downtown if you're going to the T-Mobile Center or the Power & Light District. The parking spots get a little tough and messy to leave if there are too many larger cars, but other than that it is the perfect spot.

This parking lot is terrible after a big event. We waited over an hour and could not even get out of our parking space during winter. People were all running cars. It’s a miracle someone has not been exphixated.

Terrible experience for the KU bball game on 12/7. Waited nearly 45 minutes to exit the parking garage. If everyone is paying event parking, what is the point of rescanning your ticket upon exit? Never parking here again! 2/3 Update: The manager of the parking lot reached out directly to me and took care of me for the Elton John concert. Pavilion parking can be very challenging especially for a big event.
