Management is terrible, old staff trains new staff and so the training is terrible.Macy reprimands employees for contacting hire ups, she treats her staff without respect and makes us feel like we don't know what we're doing but literally she doesn't know her own clients like their wants and needs an example; for Christmas last year she literally spent their money on gifts they didn't want and it effected the ones who could speak that spoke on what they wanted. Sad and disgusting company.

I am a new hire but I can say this job is not for everyone and they tell you that the first thing before training. I do wish the pay was a little more as I have 30 years experience but after being at two of their locations this is a much better option than a care facility. All of the staff I have met have been sincerely nice and so far I enjoy it and having the sense of purpose when I leave for the day that I made a little bit of a difference in someone's life
