Had a vin to a vintage bike that I was looking into getting titling. couldn’t be ran on any computer services to not having 17 characters in it since being so old. Spent hours calling other places and dmvs with no luck. Got information and help quickly in the same day after contacting them. Wish I would have contacted them first and saved alit of time !!!!!

Email them, they respond to email very quickly. I can never get them on the phone either.

There's a few apps you can use to do the same thing.
Mo Lic & Title does not do State Inspectios. However they can do transfers of out of state titles. They will go to the tag office for you.

Yes. The penalty I believe is $25 a month for every month past your initial 30 days up to but not to exceed $200 or $250.
I think you have to go to the DMV and pay about $12 and with your Vinn. They should look up the title and send the title through the mail.
