We didn't need one when we went. Since its a guided tour, you might have to wait until a tour guide is available (we got in right away, but she told us there were only two working that day.)
It may be possible in the future (undergoing a massive renovation at the present time) to have special occasion lunches or gatherings for small groups outside on the West lawn or on the porch. Unfortunately, inside would not be an option because of the valuable nature of our furnishings. Stay tuned!
