I’ve had to file my taxes and had to go through the process of mailing in my return because my child’s mother decided to go against the parenting plan, which is an issue the IRS should address moving fwd, prevention of tax payers claiming new dependents w/o documents. It’s been 6.5 weeks as the website states and I’ve heard absolutely nothing by mail, email, phone or pigeon. This is beyond unacceptable I’ve had to pay my damn taxes on time throughout the pandemic so I don’t want to hear no damn Covid impact nonsense at this point. This is beyond ridiculous, I was also told the Kansas City location shut down there phones, so it’s not even possible to speak to anyone at this location. Whoever signed for my return “N.Leap” should’ve started the process. Have to do better

Knocking off one star because I have yet to receive my stimmy dawg. Most letters from this facility arrive within 3-4 days, but in this mysterious case, the delivery time seems to have exponentially increased. Huh, strange.
