Never had a good experience here. I've stopped by multiple times on my way to or from the airport but the service has always been terrible.

With all the reviews looks like one of the most terrible mismanagement place , after they move lone lines to wait for fast expensive food sandwich , sometimes small portion for the price or they don't have the bread for a particular item , the organization for drive through 🤦 I don't get it again I fall in this place wait to paid a long wait to pick the food on the drive through. And until now any manager put attention on this is ridiculous

This particular Panera Bread is LOVELY on the inside the staff working does a great job!! Liiike I don't care to sit in restaurants anymore but I'd definitely take my laptop and go have lunch at this location instead on my couch!!

I've been in other Paneras and the food always taste good, BUT in this location the bread was cold and it was chewy :(
