They give the fries out to soon they get cold by the time you get the hamburgers . Try to explain to the worker she turns her back saying they don't want cold fries sactciticly not good service the one on lower azusa. Then gives me someone else is order and takes it back.

Food was cold and I ordered 2 combos and he told me I only ordered 1 drink. How is that possible if I ordered 2 combos and they asked for the kind of drinks I wanted. Then charged me at window for another drink. Never going back to this in n out.

Best customer service and always very pleasant. However, extremely slow to go through drive-thru. And after 35+ minutes of waiting, my fries were cold (not even warm) and burger was barely warm. Good thing I know this is not par for any of the In 'N Outs I have experienced over the nearly 60 years I've given them business.

What can I say. Really good fast food burger but the line took quite a while... got animal style double double and it was great. I wish there was a place to sit and eat around the place.
