It's old and run down inside but staff is doing great with shortages. Food was hot and correctly made. Waitress was friendly and very competent.

Had the country fried steak breakfast. Ate the eggs and hash browns first, they were good. The pancakes were cold and I had a hard time cutting into them. Had to take the steak home. When I went to eat it, seemed like it was full of gristle.

That wasn't a problem for us. It wasn't too busy at that time though.
They do social distancing and mask wearing is mandatory to enter the business and when every time you leave the table
No they did not change their name. It is still IHOP.
