This place is trash and should be investigated over patients rights violations. Would be complaining with every institution I can regarding this doctor and location. Beware they are really rude and doctor is no the greatest person or professional.

The people inside this office are disrespectful,rude,don't care about their patients and completely ridiculous I would never recommend this place to anyone I know. My wife has made multiple appointments with them (months apart because of their "availability") to be told they can't help her or can't even see her. They completely disregard the fact of how many weeks she is and how many weeks have passed she is currently 8 months and they refuse to see her based off of staff accommodations. they scheduled her for 12 and they sent their ultrasound specialist away on lunch knowing that's what she needed to do and we said we could wait and they said they won't be doing it at all anyway and for us to make a new appointment for the end of August when the baby is set on coming in the middle of August in which they replied to find another obgyn then

Very poor service , i highly do not recommend going to this office for any appointments, in the beginning when I first applied to be seen by doctor Gomez I made an appointment through the website zoc doc .com for an appointment on April 14 only to show up to the office to be told my appointment wouldn’t be honored due to them no longer using the website they clearly still have up (I tried calling prior to this only for the line to always be busy ) , I was already 7 weeks pregnant estimated through blood work in my original doctor clinic that confirmed my pregnancy in the first place , regardless they made me a new appointment in person that was for may 5 , when they day came I turned out to be 25 weeks instead based off ultrasound, to then be told any blood work done had to be paid in cash becuase “Medicaid doesn’t pay for it “ and also be told that any other tests needed I would have to go to Kendall Reginal hospital which was way out of my living distance , fast forward to me being now 37 weeks pregnant I was sent a letter by Mario Gomez office that I needed to come in to discuss blood work , I called and made the next available appointment which wasnt until July 28 and was given a 12:30 appointment, due to transportation I arrived 10 mins late to the office to then be told my appointment was cancelled for being late even after explaining, the receptionist explained I needed an ultrasound and the nurse performing it had already gone to lunch and would be better off making another appointment which the next available appointment wasn’t until mid august, I explained my due date they personally gave me was for aug 19 and saw no point in waiting for the next available appointment if it was for after my due date . Receptionist then told me I should hurry up and find another obgyn that would hurry to see me before my due date . Bad experience with this office overall and clearly felt as though my baby wasn’t a priority to them at all , never once saw dr Gomez himself either ( This was the only office my Medicaid was excepted by and near my living area ) I am 38 weeks and still can’t find a obgyn to except me in time before my baby arrives with also very limited traveling options . If I ever find myself pregnant again I would hope to be in a better position to never have to deal with this place again . They do not care about they patients or the baby’s that come into care with them .

Very bad attention the person from Alfrente talking to the colleague does nothing, I asked her to verify my insurance information and she spoke to me very rudely and that she could not that she did not have time and that the phone rang too much and she was not doing anything there were no patients waiting and the phone wasn't ringing and there were two other employees sitting next to her. I told her that I wanted them to look at my insurance to make an appointment with the doctor and she replied that she didn't care if I didn't make the appointment super disrespectful.
