Nice people, but I thought it was curious that Dr P only spent 15 minutes cleaning my teeth (after 8 months of needing a cleaning). They don't give you a mirror anymore to see if they've actually done their job. I have good teeth and gums and I take care of them but he cleaned nothing near the gum line and left plaque and staining everywhere. THIS IS THE 3RD Masshealth dentist I've had do this. I don't know if it's the "oh, this is a person using poor people's insurance, so we don't need to actually clean her teeth" or what but I've had professional care before and this isn't how it's done. Terrible dentist. Taking my teeth and pocket money 💰 to Aspen Dental where they actually clean your teeth.

Today, I went back to Perfect Dental in Jamaica Plain to do fillings. Again, everyone from the front desk staff to the dentist and his assistant were very caring, courteous and professional. The procedure, including applying the anesthesia and waiting for it to start working took one hour or less. It was done very professionally and safely and I literally felt no pain. I definitely recommend this dental clinic to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

This was my 3 year old first dental visit. They took excellent care to explain what was happening to her and me. He gave excellent feedback on how to keep her teeth in excellent condition, and she especially loved the prize coin! It gave her something to look forward to after the appointment. Great job!

I went there for dentures and it took almost two months. Then they told me that I would have my dentures and then they said that it would be another 6 to 8 weeks. So I need my dentures to eat properly so I'm going to go to a dentist that will help me. Perfect dental is not perfect it's the worst dentist I've ever been to.
