Just do yourself a favor and pick a different gym. If you’re looking for modern or lux this is not the gym for you. It is a basic gym with nasty carpet and a good selection of machines. The staff are friendly. I had been a member at this gym for four years and never had an issue whatsoever until I wanted to cancel. I hadn’t been to this gym in months because I have moved away. You can’t cancel your membership over the phone or on the app you have to come in. So I finally came in on June 22 to cancel my membership before the next billing cycle in July. The manager said that I was all said the membership is canceled. Then he followed me out to the parking lot to inform me of their 30 day policy where you have to give the gym 30 day notice of your membership cancellation for no reason other than they want to squeeze more money out of you. (Why does the gym need a 30 day notice? ) so long story short he said that I would still be charged for the month of July. And I said that that was unreasonable because they have two weeks notice. And I said that I would freeze my account the manager informed me that he was going to send the $25 to collections. Mind you I asked if they could waive the $25 bill. Because from my checking history it was evident that I had not been to the gym in months. He Didn’t budge. When I asked for a copy of my gym membership he said he would email it to me. I called back and asked for it again he said he would email it to me and it still hasn’t been received.

Old school gym. Old equipment. But it gets the job done but don’t come here late at night it’s a zoo there is children loud children grow adult children who come here at night you basically can’t work out here at night even though it’s open 24 hours and you might be paying for it it’s a ZOO here and they are loud and disrespectful and the second I walk in and I just want to leave

Awful gym. All equipment is dirty sometimes things are broken. Also they dont let you cancel membership if so you have to pay 110 dollars. There are better gyms than this.hi Marsha i’m sorry you feel this way about our facility. But if you are in a contract than you would have to fulfill that contract or pay the buyout fee. this is all directly on the agreement when you join. if you have any other concerns i’d be happy to speak with you.
