I recently got take out for the 1st time yesterday but have dined in before. I walked to the bar as no one was at the desk and found the female employee to be very rude. She snapped, “you pick up from the rack over there” (didn’t even point to the area where the rack was). I walked back to the front desk area and she pointed to her left this time and snapped again, “over on the rack, like I told you”. I’ll never get take out from the North Smithfield restaurant again…. Horrible customer service by that “lady” tending bar.

Food was alright waitress was doing her best seeming like she was the only one catering to all the tables. A random guy sitting at the bar literally sat and stared at my girl and I. Even confronted and asked what his fking problem was he sat there and smirked. Waitress came back and told us there was nothing that could be done because he was a regular. Some sad lonely old man entitles you to staring and making others feel uncomfortable. Will never be back.

It was one of worst experience I ever had at any restaurant. Yesterday We went to BWW at North Smithfield location and we ordered buffalo chicken tots and it came up with some white stuff on it which they said it blue cheese. The presentation of food was very nice but as soon as we ate the blue cheese tasted like/like you are have a bad breath. I called the waitress and informed her about the food, I was amazed by her reply. Me: Hey hi, just wanted to inform you this food is tasting real bad just like a bed breath. Waitress: hmm idk, I don’t eat blue cheese. Me: we eat blue cheese but it doesn’t taste like this. It has weird taste. Waitress: idk, I can’t say. But let me just inform the manager We waited for long and waitress came gave out check and I asked, did you got chance to talk to manager about the food. She replied surprisingly as in she knew, ohh he dint came.Then she went in and with in a min or or two manager comes and it was more worst. Manager: You guys having any problem Me: The food taste bad and we just wanted to inform you or bring to your notice. Manager: it’s not possible that it is bad Me: So you are saying we are lying. Manager: I don’t eat blue cheese but this blue cheese is fresh and good for another 2 weeks so it can’t be bad. Me: I know how blue cheese taste, so are you trying to say we are lying. Manager: (with attitude) OK I will take this out of your bill @BWW corporate I have never seen such a rude customer service, I never asked return I was just waiting for a “sorry if you dint like the food”. Instead this rude people were trying prove we are wrong. Hope this comment lead to a BWW internal inquiry about my order. Respect customer and they will give you respect. We are paying for the food. I would wait to hear back.

October 16-5/5 stars! The wings and drinks were great and all in a timely manner. The real star of the show was the service! Despite the bar being packed, Hannah did an incredible job keeping up.
