I have been going here the past couple years but lately this changed their appointment system and they direct you too a representative and take your info and keep telling me that they will call back to arrange an appointment for me but they never did. I called 5 times and they keep doing the same thing. Waste of time

If you are trying to see a doctor this is not the place to go. My family and I have been a patient here for almost 10 years now but the last 3 weeks all I get is someone from answering service that says they will relay my message and the office will call me back. I have left so many messages and all I’m to do is get medical care. I feel so helpless and feel like I’m going nuts. It took so long to find a team of doctors that we loved and now all that is getting thrown away because they don’t answer their phones or return calls anymore. I hope something changes soon.

Horrible service. Inadequate care. Rude inefficient. They cannot properly order tests or fill out paperwork. If you complain they don't care they just tell you to "go someplace else". They hang up on patients and other providers. Don't answer the phone or return messages if you leave one. Take their advice and go someplace else. This place isn't worth the headaches that they cause patients. That is assuming that your primary may or may not be doctor actually shows up to see patients. Sometimes they do not bother to show up on time to open up and urgent care sees the patients without appointments.

They are unable to fill out paperwork correctly. They keep hanging up on my insurance provider. They do not send the proper test results to get other tests done. They do not respond to other providers requests. They do not return calls for requests left on their answering service You have to move a special request to actually see a doctor Service is horrible Medical care is questionable Might have is used as a diagnosis frequency, but that's the diagnosis without further testing They sometimes don't even show up to open the door Your provider might not even show up for work and no replacement is called in Horrible Horrible Horrible
