Solid community park with a playground and oversized shelter area.

Today we got to see the inside of the water tower. It was very cool, but I wish I got to go to the top.

Great park for kids with different play areas based on age. Also has a shelter for large groups. Water tower provides a nice historical backdrop. Plenty of open green space.

Monroe can be very proud of its' parks. Abe has the Packer playground... a great tribute to Paul Klinzing who gave his all for the City of Monroe (and a Packer fan)!

I don't think dogs are allowed in any of the parks in Monroe. You could call the Park and Rec department and double check.
